At Dope Lifestyle, we stand behind every bar we make — built for hustlers who don't quit. But if something doesn't go right, we've got your back. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Requests for return or replacement must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or consumed food products (including protein bars) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email us at support@dopelifestyle.com with your order ID, issue details, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • In some cases, you may opt for a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated period, please contact your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@dopelifestyle.com — we'll help you sort it out.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, contact us with proof of the issue.
